Our General Pest Treatment is an inside and outside service that covers common insects such as: certain roaches, ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, pillbugs, wasps, rodents, etc. (Certain infestations are not covered in this service. Get information about our specialized services here.)
Pricing for General Pest services is determined by the square footage of the home or structure. If necessary, there could be an extra charge for additional rodent bait stations, glue boards or other equipment. Annual pre-paid plans include a discount.
- One-Time Only Service starts at $139 (30-Day Warranty)
- Special One-Time Only Service starts at $250 (30-Day Warranty)
A Special One-Time Only Service also includes an additional follow-up service when necessary and a 60-Day Warranty. This services covers more specialize pests such as: fleas, German roaches, bees, and problem ants such as Fire, Rover, and Pharaoh (aka Sugar) ants.
- Recurring General Pest Control service: Enroll in a monthly, quarterly or annual service plan and receive services at a discounted rate.

Our Castle technicians are certified by the State of Texas and are ready to assist you with real estate inspection needs. During the inspection of your property, we will thoroughly inspect for current, past or possible future infestations of termites or other wood destroying pests. We will provide you with a full, professional report and estimate to eradicate or prevent these pests as well as identify any current conducive conditions that should be corrected.

To properly treat a Bed Bug infestation lots of cooperation is required from the home owner in order to get the situation under control. We will provide you with specific and thorough instructions of what you should do prior to our appointment and post-treatment.
Bed Bug Treatments start at $500 per room.
Bee Removal
Bees are an essential part of our ecosystem and at Castle we do our best to protect our helpful friends. Bee control is quoted upon inspection as there are many variables associated with this service. We’ll provide you with multiple, personalized options to remove these visitors as well as their hive and honeycomb.

Brown Recluse Treatment
This is a pest that requires specialized treatment. A Brown Recluse Treatment also includes an additional follow up service when necessary and a 30-Day Warranty.

Carpenter Ant Treatment
Once we identify the Carpenter Ant nesting site, we treat the site with a topical spray along with any surface (trees, foliage, etc.) within a reasonable proximity to the home or structure that may potentially have contact with these ants and if necessary, an inside treatment as well. Inside treatments may involve baiting, spraying, foaming and wall void applications when necessary.
Carpenter Ant Treatments start at $260 and up depending on square footage. Carpenter Ant treatments also include a 1-Year Warranty.
Carpet Beetle Treatment
This is a pest that requires specialized treatment. This service includes 2 treatments and a 30-Day Warranty (30 day warranty starts after the 1st service).

Fire Ant Treatment
Our fire ant yard treatment will last up to a year with one application. The BEST time to apply this treatment is in November/December for the following spring/summer activity, but can be done anytime.

Mole, Vole, or Gopher Treatment
This service includes conducting an initial inspection to determine active tunnels along with the extent of infestation. The technician will return within within 48 hours for bait placement. Learn more about Moles and Voles.
*Property condition, extent of infestation, number of return trips, amount of bait used and other factors will determine pricing.
Mole, Vole & Gopher Removals start at $170* and includes 5 bait placements. Each additional bait placement is $6.
Mosquito Treatment
Mosquito control is easy when we determine where they are living or breeding. We use a residual product, which is applied with our power sprayer, to the surfaces where mosquitoes like to land. It affects mosquitoes in such a way they are not able to detect Co2 or octenol, preventing them from being able to track a target. Mosquito Treatments start at $170 and up depending on the size of your lot. Pay for 3 months and get one free.
Raccoon, Squirrel and Other Animal Removal
Includes placement of baited cage trap along with possible follow up service(s) to remove animal(s) and recover cage trap(s).
Animal Trapping & Removal pricing starts at $250 depending on the amount of cages required and follow up services needed.
Animal Exclusion: Once the "residents" are out, Castle will help to keep any other animals from being able to re-enter your home or business with our Animal Exclusion service. We seal entry points using different means of exclusion.
Pricing is determined by square footage of the structure, the condition of the structure, extent of infestation, amount of equipment needed, and possibly other factors.
Pharaoh (aka Sugar) Ant Treatments
