Our licensed technician will investigate your existing infestation or provide a full property inspection of pests and conducive conditions, and can answer any questions you may have.

Termite Treatment Plan
After your inspection, we will provide you with an estimate for a spot treatment, a full treatment of your property, or pre-construction treatment along with 1, 5 or 10-Year Warranty information and other details.
Targeted Treatment
Our termite treatment specialist will arrive on-time to treat your property and will provide you with any information you need as well as your termite warranty information.

Types of services we provide are:
- Full area treatments.
A Full Termite Treatment comes with a 10-Year Warranty and covers the entire home or structure. A Full Termite Treatment is priced per linear foot of area to be treated. Additional conditions that can affect pricing are the property condition, extent of infestation, accessibility, area and other factors. - Spot Area Treatments.
Our Spot Termite Treatments all come with a 1 to 5 Year Warranty*. Spot Termite Treatment pricing is determined on where you live, the construction of your home, severity of the infestation, and the type of treatment recommended. *The warranty covers the specific area treated only. - Partial Area Treatments
Partial Termite Treatments provide a 1 to 5 Year Warranty* and can cover multiple areas. A Partial Termite Treatment is priced per linear foot of area to be treated. Additional conditions that can affect pricing are the property condition, extent of infestation, accessibility, area and other factors. *The warranty covers the specific areas treated only. - WDI (wood destroying insect) reporting for home inspections.

He showed me several places, including areas outside that I wasn't aware of, where they had been. He discussed why they appeared in certain places, and what to do to prevent them from appearing, including how Termidor would eliminate them and keep them away for a long time, which is why they gave a 10-year warranty with this service. I had interviewed a few other services but Chris pointed out things that others had not as well as answered all questions I had. Also, Chris was very confident in the effectiveness of Termidor, so that he doesn't require an annual inspection during the warranty period. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism and would recommend Castle Pest Control to others who want peace of mind regarding termites.
