They were great! I started having a problem with rats! They came out very quickly to start my service and will come back on a scheduled visit or in between scheduled visits to empty traps. They are great to work with. Braden is wonderful. Always on time. Explained everything he did. The young man that came was so courteous, friendly and professional. Even though I know he was very busy, he always took the time to talk and answer any questions I had. He wasn't pushy, didn't pressure me to get more services. Loved working with them! Will be calling them again soon for lawn service.

I recently moved into a new home and found a massive infestation of carpenter ants. I called Castle and made an appointment for the following Saturday. The tech called when he was on his way and showed up at the time he said he would. He educated us on the type of ants we had and treated for the carpenter ants. While he was there I also had him spray the entire house for general pest. That was two weeks ago and I am very happy to say that the treatment seems to have worked. No signs of ants or any other bugs in the house. Thank you Castle.

I was satisfied with their services. The termites were dealt with. Their work included a ten-year warranty. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them. I haven’t run across another pest control company that offers a ten-year warranty.

This company is great! They came to our home once a week to check the traps and added more when necessary. After removal of the rodents, they sealed up the holes in the drywall, so that we will hopefully not have this problem again. I will definitely call Castle again, if I run into this problem in the future!

Michael and his crew were great! They pruned and trimmed one of the biggest live oak trees in Texas in our backyard. They were very conscientious, careful, and willing to discuss what we desired. After the project, which included three trees, they cleaned up like it was their own backyard. I was so happy with their work that I asked for more help with gutters, roofs, siding and a chimney. Michael and his team are hard working, pleasing and knowledgeable. I have hired many contractors over the years and these guys are top notch. Highly recommended!

The team over at Castle Pest control were great to work with. They put out the traps and told my parents what they needed to know about the process and what to do when something was caught. Every time a possum was caught in the traps, Castle was quick to pick the trap up and set out a new one. The service level was great, very responsive, and now there's no possum problems.

I've been with Castle for 18 years (since 2003)! I found a Castle sticker inside a cabinet when we moved in and have been using them ever since. Castle always does a good job! I also won a TV from them in 2013 and that TV is still working and I watch football on it!

They offer a program (Bee Smart) to come 4 times per year without calling for reduced cost per visit that allows them to schedule in advance as they are in the neighborhood. No muss, no fuss, no bugs. Will return to treat affected areas as needed but not needed so far.

The technician was very informative and explained everything he was going to do. He showed me some places that may create problems in the future and made recommendations to avoid any issues. He sprayed the inside and outside of my house and set some bait traps for the serious ant issue I was having. Within 3 days, the ants were completely gone. Thought I had termites but the technician was very well educated in these pests and said I had carpenter ants. He told me all about them, what I needed to do to keep them out of the house and then sprayed the outside of the house and foamed places inside. I chose the plan that includes a one year guarantee as long as I follow his instructions to keep them at bay. I intend to do just that! He was very nice, clean, and knowledgeable.

Michael (and his brother) own this company, and they’re both the nicest guys you’d want to meet. They showed me all the invaders (blagh) and explained different kinds of treatments, what to expect, etc. I kept seeing creepies for a while because, as he had explained, the house had been (previously) abandoned. Fortunately, they were always dead, or on the way. Then, as promised, when the 1st treatment came around, they were at my home promptly (on a Saturday, too!).

The owner himself came out and gave us a bid. He was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. They were a little more expensive than the other company we contacted. They use a different type of system that's an eco friendly bate system. We ended up not using this company because we found out our home warranty already covered pest control. I really liked the fact that the owner himself does the work as well. I would consider hiring them in the future.

The owner's manager of the other half of the duplex I own uses this exterminator. Since roaches from the tenant were infiltrating my unit, we decided the best thing was to have her service provider spray both sides at once when the tenant vacated. Other owner picked up entire cost since the roaches were brought in by their tenant. Did a good job - roaches were gone within days and never returned.

Castle was recommended to me by the man who inspected my home for purchase. I wanted Castle to do “the works” before I moved in. Michael gave me an estimate for three levels of termite control and an estimate for other pest control.
